He commented; to creating a Programme like this as part of Corporate Social Responsibilities adds an entirely new layer of what they need to be competitive in the industry. We have a world-class environment, where trainees can immediately translate theories into practicals. Trainees are able to start from the basics and follow that all to the more technical aspect of the courses. Also, they have to work with other trainees from different fields, experts, and professionals, this allows them to work on projects just like it is in the real world.
